Let me know how it comes out.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>1 packet sponge fingers (ladyfingers)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>2 teaspoons coffee granules dissolved in \u00bc pint hot water<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>3 teaspoons brandy<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 carton Rich&#8217;s Pareve Whip<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 package vanilla pudding<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 lb. grated chocolate<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Instructions<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<p>I prepared the three mixtures (as listed below) so that all the ingredients were ready to assemble &#8211; it was very quick and easy.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix the dissolved coffee mixture with the brandy and leave to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Whip up Rich&#8217;s Pareve Whip and then mix in the vanilla pudding and continue to whip (this mixture will be quite loose).<\/li>\n<li>For the grated chocolate you can use chocolate drops&#8211;and put in the food processor to get quite coarse and crunchy but small pieces.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Assembly<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dip half the sponge fingers in the coffee\/brandy mixture and lay in the bottom of a 7- to 8-inch dish.<\/li>\n<li>Put half the cream mixture on this.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle half of the grated chocolate over it and repeat.<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerate until firm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I haven&#8217;t made it myself but I did some research and came up with this recipe.
