It is not very sweet, but it has a great texture.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 oz. dried yeast<\/li>\n<li>5 cups water<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup oil<\/li>\n<li>3 Tbsp\u00a0salt<\/li>\n<li>5 lbs. flour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The recipe will make 6 lg challahs. I would bake at 350\u00b0F for\u00a035 to 45 minutes, depending on the size of the challah. The best way to check if and when it is done is to tap the challah by flicking your fingers at the top and if it&#8217;s done you should get a hollow sound.
