{"id":10013,"date":"2006-02-13T01:38:00","date_gmt":"2006-02-13T01:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/production.ou.org\/life\/other\/tilapia_baked_in_wine_sauce\/"},"modified":"2017-04-09T09:24:01","modified_gmt":"2017-04-09T14:24:01","slug":"tilapia_baked_in_wine_sauce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ou.org\/life\/food\/recipes\/tilapia_baked_in_wine_sauce\/","title":{"rendered":"Tilapia Baked in Wine Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here is a lovely recipe for Tilapia<\/p>\n<p>4 servings<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredients<\/span>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u00bd cup butter or Margarine<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>4 tilapia fillets<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>lemon pepper<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon fresh chopped basil<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 teaspoon fresh chopped tarragon<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bc cup lemon juice<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u00bd cup white wine<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>1 lemon, sliced<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>4 parsley sprigs<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Melt butter in non-stick skillet<\/li>\n<li>Season tilapia with dash of lemon pepper and cook fillets over medium heat until fork tender (about 2 minutes each side)<\/li>\n<li>Remove fish from skillet.<\/li>\n<li>Add herbs to butter and cook for about 1 minute until aromatic. Stir in lemon juice and wine. Plate the tilapia and pour herb sauce over filets.<\/li>\n<li>If you prefer, to bake, season the fish and make the sauce in a skillet.
