Why Can’t We All Have the Same Purim: The Amazing Approaches of the Ramban and Chasam Sofer

Why did they see fit, on Purim, a holiday of unity, to make Purim 2 separate days? Where else do we ever see 2 options for fulfilling a mitzvah?
