Where is the Executive Fellowship based?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Executive Fellowship is based at the OU\u2019s headquarters in downtown Manhattan, New York City.<\/p>\n

How much does a fellow make? <\/strong><\/p>\n

$43,000 for 10 months \u00a0(distributed over 12 months)<\/p>\n

Does a fellow get benefits?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes. The fellows get the benefits that the OU offers.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Just a list of a few: medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick, and short Fridays.<\/p>\n

How does the application process work? <\/strong><\/p>\n

You apply online through the fellowship website<\/p>\n

What does rolling admissions mean? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Rolling admissions for a fellowship means applications are reviewed as they are submitted, not all at once after a deadline. Decisions are made continuously, so earlier applications may be considered sooner, and while more spots are available.<\/p>\n

How do I pick which department I want to be part of? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Through the application, you can rate the departments by placing your choices in order.<\/p>\n

How does the interview process work? <\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are chosen, you will meet with a representative from our talent team. If they think you are a good fit, then you will be moving on to the department(s). In the department round, you will be meeting with one or two representatives of that department.<\/p>\n

Does the fellowship go on overnight trips?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes. There will be 3-4 overnight trips.<\/p>\n
