SUMMARY:SPIRIT:  Mission to New Orleans
DESCRIPTION:Since 2005 OU Relief Missions has been sending groups to New Orleans to assist with immediate disaster relief and long-term recovery work. DESCRIPTION:SPIRIT: Power Up!  — Let’s Get Moving! \n\nJoin us for a 30-minute exercise class from the comfort of your home\nCombine strength exercises and dynamic movement in a fun atmosphere\nDesigned for people of all abilities\, particularly older adults\nAll you need is a chair and your smile\, and you’re ready to get moving\n\nTalia Molotsky is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and a Certified Zumba and Group Fitness Instructor in addition to her role as the Director of Operations for OU’s GenAleph\,. She loves working with people of all ages and all fitness backgrounds to discover their own strengths – both physical and mental. In New York\, she founded Zumba in the Heights\, a women’s dance class designed to bring together women from all different fitness and religious backgrounds in a way that is accessible. She is a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at Frumba Chicago\, an all-women’s fitness boutique in Chicago. For over ten years Talia has taught and choreographed dance in various genres including musical theater\, contemporary\, and international dance.
