DESCRIPTION:Explore Your Mindset: Believe You Can Succeed \nJoin the workshop with a goal in mind (big or small – The principles remain the same) \nThe goal of this workshop is to help motivate you toward reaching your goal. \nWe will delve into three areas\, as follows: \n\nHashkafa – learn three different approaches on the topic of believing that you can succeed.\nEnergy – learn a process that will help you energetically work towards your goal.\nPractical – practical steps that need to be taken to reach your goal.\n\nPresented by Rebbetzin Shifra Fried \nRebbetzin Shifra Fried is the rebbetzin of Young Israel of Bedford Bay in Brooklyn\, New York. In that capacity\, she has taught many classes and spoken on various subjects\, including shalom bayis\, personal development\, and taharas hamishpacha. Rebbetzin Shifra is also an Empowerment Coach who is passionate about empowering women to reach goals\, whether it is regarding personal growth\, parenting\, marriage\, or career. Her education and training include a mastery coach certification from the Dina Friedman Academy\, as well as an empowerment coaching certification from Rabbi Aryeh Nivin’s Machon Adam HaShalem.
