The OU\u2019s Jewish Community Job & Relocation Fair will take place on Sunday, November 24, 2019 (next year 4 days before Thanksgiving)\u00a0 in NYC. Please fill out the application and submit online before Monday, December 31, 2018. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. The non-refundable application fee is $200. You will be notified of acceptance as a Jewish Community Fair participant by January 30, 2019. The registration fee for participation in the Fair is $800.\u00a0 (Upon acceptance to the Fair, a schedule for payment will be provided.\u00a0 All fees must be paid in full by the deadlines given in the schedule to maintain a place in the Fair).<\/p>\n

In communities with multiple OU synagogues, please list the lead synagogue in the application with the appropriate contact information. Please list the other participating community organizations in the fields provided. Only one application may be submitted per community.\u00a0 If any communal organization declines participation, please note that in the appropriate box. All signage for the fair will only list the geographical location, not the name of the presenting organizations.<\/p>\n

When you have received your acceptance,\u00a0 you will be asked to staff and showcase your community at a display table with presentations of:<\/p>\n

a. Specific Employment Opportunities
\nb. Professionally developed marketing materials such as brochures, Jewish and general communal literature, school information and pricing, video or pictorial display (no sound),
\nc. Real estate information\/listings, mortgage rates, taxes, etc. near the community centers and shuls. We suggest bringing a Realtor to the fair.
\n*Additional suggestions for your display will be forwarded to participating communities. We encourage you to think creatively and begin to prepare for the opportunity to showcase your community.<\/p>\n
