With over 1500 families and 50 years young, we are a well-established mid-size Jewish community, poised to grow as we begin our next half century.
Our homes are affordable, with most in the $400-$600K range. The commute to either Midtown or Downtown NYC with 2 NJ Transit Train Stations, and a NJ Transit Bus Hub located nearby, is about 1 hour.
The Menlo Park, Woodbridge and East Brunswick Malls are all minutes away as are large local parks and many attractions. RWJ Barnabas Medical Center, St. Peters Hospital and JFK Medical Center are all minutes away. Rutgers University is located right next door in New Brunswick. There are plenty of employment opportunities in the surrounding areas with pharmaceutical companies, accounting firms, medical practices and many more large, medium and small businesses within twenty miles of our communities.

INCENTIVES:
Netivot–The Montessori Yeshiva provides a 15% discount for a new family entering Early Childhood, and a 10% discount for a new family entering their Elementary school. Additionally, they provide tuition assistance.
