Looking for a warm, unified, vibrant Jewish community where you can make a difference?  The Kansas City (Overland Park) Modern Orthodox community is looking for dedicated professionals with a pioneering spirit to join our growing kehilah.  Congregation BIAV is the only OU shul in the area. It is a warm, welcoming, 160-family member congregation, with a crowded stroller parking lot.  There are many learning and volunteer opportunities in this participatory and active congregation.

Our region has a Jewish population of 20,000 and has a community day school, mikvaot, an eruv, an active Vaad Hakashrut, a nationally-acclaimed BBQ competition, a Community Kollel and an award winning NCSY chapter.

Our metro area has excellent and diverse job opportunities. Companies headquartered in or near Overland Park include: Sprint, KU Medical Center, Teva, Quintiles Diagnostics, DST, Garmin, Hallmark and H&R Block. Job placement assistance and communal support is available.
