Originally from Toronto, Canada, Rabbi Nacson now resides in the Har Nof neighborhood of Jerusalem, Israel. He has studied in various prestigious Yeshivot for the past ten years. While attending the Mir Yeshivah in Yerushalayim, he received semicha (rabbinical ordination) in Issur V’heter from Rabbi Yitzchak Berkowitz, and compiled his first book, “Mi’mizrach Umi’maarav,” which discusses the various differences in customs between Ashkenazim and Sephardim.
Afterwards, he received semicha in the laws of Niddah from Rabbi Zalman Nechemia Goldberg, and semicha in the Laws of Chuppah and Kiddushin from Rabbi David Yosef, Rabbi Shlomo Ben-Shimon, Rabbi Max Sutton and various other Rabbanim. He published his second book in 2017, “Laws of the Holidays,” a 700 page guide to the laws of every Jewish holiday according to the rulings of Chacham Ovadia Yosef. In 2018, a third book, “A Summary of the Laws of Niddah for Sepharadim” was published.
Rabbi Nacson is currently pursuing an in-depth study of Shulchan Aruch in the Kollel Dayanut of Aram Sobain the Yechaveh Da’at Bet Hamidrash.
