Rabbi Benjamin J. Samuels, PhD has been the rabbi of Congregation Shaarei Tefillah in Newton, Massacusetts, since 1995. He is a musmach of RIETS, learned at Yeshivat Har Etzion, and earned a BA and MA at Yeshiva University and PhD in Religion and Science at Boston University. He teaches widely and is communally active in the Greater Boston Jewish community.
