Congratulations to Maury Litwack, who was named Director of Political Affairs of the OU’s Institute for Public Affairs (IPA). Maury has ten years of political experience and has spent the past three years as National Deputy Director of the IPA. As Director of Political Affairs, he will head a state-by-state plan for political action and advocacy in the OU’s many communities around the country. There will be a major emphasis on seeking greater government support for Jewish day schools and their families in order to address the education affordability challenge facing the Orthodox community. Congratulations, Maury, on this well-deserved promotion.
