Israeli Killed, 2 Wounded in West Bank Terror Attack

Mohammed Dar Youssef, 17, from the village of Kobar, has stabbed and killed one Israeli and wounded two others in a Jewish settlement near Jerusalem. Youssef climbed the security fence surrounding the Adam settlement and stabbed two men before being shot to death by a third.

The man who died has been identified as Yotam Ovadia; Israeli media report that he had two young children. One of the other victims was seriously wounded but is stable. The third victim received only minor injuries.

Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman announced that 400 new homes would be built in the Adam settlement in response to the attack. “The best answer to terrorism is the expansion of settlements,” he tweeted.
