OU Torah is proud to announce that OU Torah Editor Rabbi Jack Abramowitz‘ long-running series on Jewish philosophy, The God Papers, has been collected as The God Book.

The God Papers has addressed topics from classics of Jewish thought including Maimonides’ Guide for the Perplexed and Ramchal’s Derech Hashem (The Way of God). As of this writing, The God Papers has just started addressing topics from ibn Pakuda’s Chovos HaLevavos (Duties of the Heart).

Topics discussed have included the creation of the universe, prophecy, Ezekiel’s vision of God’s “chariot,” why people suffer, Divine providence, the nature of the soul and much more. The God Book contains everything that has appeared in The God Papers to date, and more.

The God Book is available on amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com and from OU Press. Look for Rabbi Jack’s other books, including The Nach Yomi Companion, The Shnayim Mikra Companion, The Taryag Companion and The Tzniyus Book.
