MORE DETAILS ON ATTACK THAT LEFT THREE DEAD IN TEL AVIV

Subject: Data on terror attack not yet reported three hours after
1. Mustapha Bitawi, Arafat's appointed religious affairs minister for Nablus, addressed a crowd of 10,000 today and praised the attack.
2. While the media reports that Arafat is condemning the attack, the PBC radio, under the direct control of Arafat, does not report any such condemnation and Arafat refuses to appear on the media. On the 5PM PBC NEWS, all that Arafat's official radio station says is a generalized statement that "the Palestine Authority condemns violence on both sides".
3. The attacker comes from Beit Tzureif, just behind Kfar Etzion. The IDF has never blocked the path from Beit Tzureif to the road that leads to Tel Aviv via Beit Shemesh, circumventing the IDF roadblock near where the people from Tzureif massacred the 35 Hagana reinforcements to Kfar Etzion in January 1948.
4.The weapons of the Hamas and Islamic Jihad are all licensed by the Palestine Authority, ever since May 9, 1995.
5. At 1PM on Friday, March 21, the head of the Israel GSS, Ami Ayalon, declared that the PA had given the green light to Hamas to carry out terror operations. That was reported on Israel TV.
