*Apply in person until 3:00 p.m., one day before the election.
Register by mail:
1. Find your county listed below and click on the link that follows.
2. Print out your county’s form and complete it.
3. Mail the form to your County Clerk (County Clerk addresses are attached to your county form)
*Application must be received by your County Clerk 7 days prior to the election.
The General Election is to be held on November 8, 2011.
