Yaakov Avinu's dream of the Ladder, caused him to awake "FROM HIS SLEEP", mish (and drag the SHIN a bit) sh'na-TO. Because of the DAGESH CHAZAK in the SHIN, the SH'VA under it is NA. This is as opposed to mish-na-TO, his "mishna", his learning. This is an example of a word whose meaning changes if one NACHs the SH'VA NA.
