The molad was THU morning. Three days later is Sunday morning. That means that the first opportunity for Kiddush L'vana this month (according to Minhag Yerushalayim) was Sunday night, August 27th. For 7-day after the molad opinion followers, first op for KL is THU night, August 31. For anyone who has not yet said KL this month, Motza'ei Shabbat, September 2nd is a great opportunity for this special bracha.
