GOLAN - Monday, March 13th. Leaving the Center at 7:45am, returning 8:00pm (approx.) Expert guide with us all the way (not just in the Golan)

LOOKOUT POINTS (time and weather determine how many and which ones). Drive-through and explanations of various settlements, a touch of archeology. Meet local residents in situ (where they live). QATZRIN, capital of the Golan. Outstanding multi-screen, audio-visual presentation plus (time permitting) Museum of the Golan (incl. video on Gamla). Tour of the GOLAN WINERY. Delicious early dinner (Mehadrin). 118NIS per person (136 for non-members) • Limited space. Bring your own lunch or buy food in Qatzrin or other location

Note to Israel Center Tiyulers: All our tiyulim are meant to increase and enrich our experiences in Eretz Yisrael. Our Golan tiyulim have an additional agenda - to show you first hand how much a part of Israel the Golan is and should always be. Towards both of those goals, we are continually adjusting and fine-tuning the itinerary and content of the tiyul so that it will be a truly enjoyable, memorable, and meaningful experience.

OVERNIGHT GOLAN TRIP

We're still working on the details, but we recommend that you mark these dates on your calendar, and preferably (for you and us) call to reserve place. As soon as the details are available - probably before they are publicized in TT and flyer - we'll call those who called us and give them - YOU - first crack at this wonderful tiyul.

Monday-Tuesday, April 3-4. Leave the Center 8:00am Monday morning. Guided tiyul en route to the Galil. (Bring your own lunch for Monday or buy stuff en route). Check into hotel, freshen up, local tiyul, dinner, evening program... SLEEP. Daf Yomi, Shacharit, breakfast, tiyul in the north (and central) Golan, box lunch from the hotel, more tiyuling, dinner either in Hispin or near the Kineret, a surprise or two on the way back to Yerushalayim. Whether you've been to the Golan (recently) or not, with us or with someone else, ... this tiyul is for you.
