Parashat Vayakhel

Upper-left is the lit match in the negation circle. That is LO T'VA'ARU EISH... However, not to give the distorted impression that the ban on lighting fire means that we must spend Shabbat in darkness (as the Tzidokim claim), there are a pair of Shabbat candles to remind us that lighting up our homes (in a Shabbat-acceptable manner) is very much a mitzva, and not at all at odds with the prohibition of LO T'VA'ARU.

In the upper right are the bags of gold, silver, and copper.

The big ETC. (the Hebrew equivalent thereof) represents the dyed wool, the linen, wood, skins, oil, gemstones, and anything else that was donated to the task of building the Mishkan.

The stop sign has an upright hand, palm facing out (even if you cannot see it, the stop sign is enough), representing Moshe's request that the people STOP bringing materials for the Mishkan.

The first number-statement refers to the Mishkan (meaning the first, lowest, roof-covering of the Mishkan.

Each woven panel measured 28 by 4 amot. There were 5 of them sewn together. Fifty loops on each section and 50 buttons (that's the 50x3) attached the two panels to each other.

The second math-statement is for the OHEL of goat's hair. Its panels were 30x4 and the sections were made of 5 and 6 panels respectively.

The compass indicates the four directions that are referred to in the construction of the walls of the Mishkan and of the courtyard.

The video monitor is a play on words. MASACH also means the curtain that covered the front of the Mishkan and of the courtyard (x2).

The Aron in the lower-right is obvious. Which leaves us with another play on words from 35:25 - ...ISHA
