Torah Tidbits in the PALM of your hand - Technology serving Torah

Progress.
Last week's TT made it onto the website and looked pretty good. The Palm version was up and fully bookmarked. Even the TTriddles managed to make their way into the electronic version. Alas, the email version of TT never made it out. I sent it twice, once on Wednesday and again on Thursday, but VJ was in the process of changing its list handling, and TT was one of several lists that fell through the proverbial cracks. The new system is up and running now and the email version finally went out, albeit very late. Still, I hopw some readers are of the "better late than never" ilk. Palms are good for davening, even though (or maybe because) it still raises eyebrows to see someone davening from an electronic device. In addition to davening, benching, and T'filat HaDerech, one can use his (or her) Palm for learning, especially when a Sefer might not be convenient. Parshat HaShavua is available, as is all of Rambam's Mishne Torah, and Mishnayot (Seder Z'ra'im, so far). For the memory-challenged, the beauty of the files is that you can take a chapter or a Masechet at a time. When you finish Mishnayot Brachot, for example, you delete it from your Palm and hotsync Pe'ah in. Remember that everything still stays on your computer, so you can always get it back again into the Palm very easily. For Daf Yomi people, the schedule of the Daf until the end of the current cycle is Palm-available, or just a year at a time, if you prefer.
