(Sorry for the couple of times it was not sent out. Let's say you have an email message or Word document or a page or two of text on the web that you'd like to put into your Palm so that you can read it with Palm convenience. What I am about to describe is NOT the neatest, smoothest way to do the job. But it will work. Anyone with a better way to suggest, just let me know and I'll share it with other Palm-people who read this column. Prepare the document as a .txt file. From Word, you can save files as .txt files. Off the web or email, you can copy & paste into NotePad or WordPad and save the result in .txt format. Get a hold of mobipubl.zip - I can send it to you by email, if you ask, or you can download it from www.mobipocket.com under free downloads. Express one-step publishing is the easiest way to produce .prc documents that can be hotsynced to your Palm and read in any document reader.
