Upper-left is a plus and minus sign in the negation circle. The Torah prohibits adding to or subtracting from the Torah.

Upper right is a representation of Har Sinai from where the Torah was given. In this week's sedra, Moshe repeats the Aseret HaDibrot (which must always be seen as PART of the Torah that was revealed at Sinai - not the whole of Revelation.)

The arrow from the Torah into the Land of Israel indicates the emphasis placed in the Torah on Eretz Yisrael being THE place for living a Torah life.

The 3 and 3 on the east and west sides of the Jordan River refer to the cities of refuge (humble apologies for the terrible slip of the typing fingers in TT of two weeks ago).

Mid-right - the Shabbat candles represent Zachor and Shamor, which were said together - hence the speak bubble.

The open palm (towards the upper-left) is on its way to cover the eyes for SHMA.

The warning lights of the road barricade stand for the sharp warning not to stray from proper belief in G-d.

The "reminder" finger (lower right) refers to the command to remember the Sinai Experience and all that G-d has done for Bnei Yisrael.

Bottom left & center - a video monitor Xed out and a speaker. The Torah repeatedly says that we did not SEE G-d on that special day that he SPOKE to us.
