Last year's PP, intact - Let's start with the familiar abacus in the upper left corner. It stands for counting, in this case, of the Levi'im between 30 and 50 years of age. This was the work force of Levi'im in the Midbar.

The forklift represents taking apart the Mishkan, carrying or loading onto wagons of the parts, and set ting the Mishkan up again at G-d's instructions.

The three Do Not Enter signs are for the Metzora, the Zav, and the T'mei Meit, each of whom may not enter a different level of the encampment.

The thing above the Do Not Enter signs and the abacus is supposed to be a potion, standing for the drink that was to be given to the Sota, under the circumstances as spelled out by the Torah and halacha.

The Xed out wineglass, grapes, and shaver represent three of the pro hibitions of the Nazir.

Among the gifts of the Nesi'im, was a gold spoon (incense pan) filled with incense.

And the animals are part of the gifts and korbanot from Naso.
