Last Week's PPP - No'ach

TT337PPP NO'ACH
[1] The top row of names are the daughters of Tz'lafchad. The second row of names are my daughters. None of the females listed has a brother, so the solution is NO ACH. (The no-brother idea was used last year, but differently, so I decided to use it again.]
[2] The tape measure could be used to check the  dimensions of the TEIVA. The dimensions are listed on the side of the tape measure in G'matriya: SHIN = 300; NUN = 50; LAMED = 30. These are the measurements in AMOT of the ARK.
[3] The pears are simply the PAIRS that the animals came in. There's an old joke about the worms not coming in apples but in pears. Whatever. This was the easy one.
[4] B'reishit 10:11 tells of the city of RESEN that was built by ASHUR between NINVEI and KALACH. RESEN is also the abbreviation for RAV SEREN, the military rank of MAJOR. The insignia is an OAK LEAF or a FALAFEL, as they are called in Israel.
[5] NO'ACH's son CHAM fathered MITZRAYIM (among
others). One of the sons of Mitzrayim was KAFTORIM,
also meaning BUTTONS.
[6] A grandson of KUSH (son of CHAM) was SH'VA. That's
the colon under the buttons and a bit to the left (homonym).
[7] EIVER's sons were PELEG and YAKTAN. One of YAKTAN's sons was OVAL, as in OVAL. Another son, by the way, was another SH'VA. (Maybe one was NA and the other NACH?).
[8] The symbols of the Democratic and Republican partiesare on a door, making it DOR HAP'LAGA.
[9] The people who gathered to build the TOWER, planned
to make bricks, etc. and CHEIMAWR they had for CHOMER (11:3). The consonants (letters) of the words are the same, it is the vowels that change: EI-AW becomes O-E.
[10] And the crossed out BERLITZ is when "The whole  Earth was one language..." (11:1), so Berlitz was unnecessary.
Havdala Haratis are back in the wine-spices-candle-
havdala-call Phil mode. They start the list of solvers with a respectable [1,3,5,7,8]. Danny R called in [1,2,10]. Sid, a first-time solver, emailed a solid [1,2,3,5,8,10]. Welcome to the club. Falks hit the same 6 solutions. Bet El Ks got [2,5,8] and tried a few others.Benjietc had a stand-on-one-foot [3,8]. This was followed by a [5,10] and some corny others. AA [1+,2,3,4-,5,8,10-], not bad. Tanya/David[2,3,5,6,7,8,10]. Ramot Millers have a [2,3,5,8]. And the Steinhart Gang came through with a [1,2,3,5,6,7,8,10]. They are the frontrunners, so far.
M Ramach hit [2,3,5,10] and had a few other almosts.
Hey, look at this: Ramot Lerners hit [1,2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10]. Near perfect. MA Brownstein (welcome back) had a [1,2,3,9,10] plus a few tries. ES [2,3,4,6,7,8]. Nice.
