The picture of Bill Cosby was the give-away, representing Cosby vat Tzur, probably no relation. Many "solved" the Cosby part. So too the riddle, which was a little harder. The golfer who reported his score as his having 168 and a hole-in-one referred to Pinchas - the parsha, not the person - which has 168 p'sukim and ahole in one of them. Namely, the p'sik b'emtza pasuk, a break between two parshiyot that occurs in the middle of a pasuk.

A few people made noble, albeit unsuccessful attempts at the hard part. I appreciate your efforts.

There were 3 Hebrew letter combinations forming the numerator of a fraction, and XXXXXX under the horizontal bar forming the denominator.

LAMED - YUD/CHET, KAF - YUD/BET, TET/VAV - VAV all divided by 60. That's 30 and 18, 20 and 12, 15 and 6, each divided by 60. That gives a half and 3 tenths, a third and 2 tenths (yes, I know it can reduce to a fifth; I taught math for many years), and a quarter (a.k.a. a fourth) and 1 tenth.

Now do you recognize the numbers? The Mincha for a PAR is half a Hin of oil and 3 tenths of an Eifa of fine flour. For the AYIL it is a third and 2 tenths, and for the KEVES it's a fourth and a tenth.
