Offering ENG3U/ENG4U and ENG3C/ENG4C credits.

Prerequisite:
Grade 11: Grade 10 Academic English
Grade 12: Grade 11 University Preparation
                or Academic English

Shakespeare in Jerusalem is a 4 week fully accredited course in English Literature. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to earn your grade 11 or 12 English credit while touring Israel. Classes are held in the traditional classroom setting as well as on the road touring and visiting the sites of Israel.

Some of the activities include zip-lining, rafting, sleeping in a Bedouin tent, floating in the Dead Sea, climbing Masada, and camel riding. In addition to the sightseeing tours, students will spend a few days a week in class studying towards their English credit. The course will include Jewish themes, such as the study of the Merchant of Venice, an exploration of Jewish poets, as well as a Holocaust novel.

Our courses are inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education and our ā€œUā€ level credit can be used on any Ontario University or College application. This is a Coed program offering ENG3U/ENG4U credits.
