As part of the application process, we require that each applicant submit two recommendation forms from any of the following: your NCSY Regional Director, NCSY advisor, youth director, teacher, school principal or Synagogue Rabbi.

All of the forms required to complete your application process will be sent to you via email upon completion of the online application and are due no later then two (2) weeks from the date of application. If after two weeks we have not received your submissions, your application will automatically be waitlisted and you will no longer receive priority for an early application.

After an application is submitted and processed with all required supporting documentation, you will be contacted for a phone interview.

Acceptance to all programs is contingent upon a successful interview, receipt of medical release forms, and a copy of your medical insurance card. No applicants will be allowed on an NCSY Summer Program without submitting two (2) letters of recommendation, the medical form and a copy of the medical insurance card to the National Office.

Acceptance to a program will come via email along with additional program and financial information. Email is our primary method of communication.
