EndtheMadness proudly announces its seventh Shabbaton...

Shabbaton

WHEN: Shabbos weekend, February 17-18, 2006
WHERE: Congregation Agudath Sholom, Stamford, CT

AGE RANGE: Up to 30 years old
COST: $25 per person

This Shabbaton will follow the same format of the very successful ETM Shabbatons that have already been held in West Hempstead, Teaneck, Lawrence, and others. The program will be integrated into the regular Shabbos activities at the shul. Attendees will eat Shabbos meals in groups of six (three males and three females) at the homes of hosts in the community, creating a more relaxed and enjoyable Shabbos and a more natural and less pressurized to meet others.

On Friday night there will be an oneg at the shul, and on Shabbos afternoon there will be a scheduled activity at the shul, followed by mincha, shalosh seudot, and maariv.

A surprise Motzei Shabbos activity has also been planned; the details will be released to all those who register.

Stamford is a very warm, hospitable community, only 45 minutes from Queens and midtown Manhattan and easily accessible by car or train. The members of the Stamford community are eager to participate in this program.

The Shabbaton will be strictly limited to an exclusive group of 48 observant singles, who will be carefully screened beforehand. Once the limit is reached, EndtheMadness will be forced to turn away reservations, which must be prepaid to guarantee a spot. Many attendees of our three previous Shabbatons have already expressed interest in signing up for this Shabbaton, so a quick reply is recommended.
