A baby is born, healthy and new.
Mazal Tov! It's a boy! In 8 days a brit, so much to do.
The air is filled with joy and preparation,
As into the covenant we welcome the next generation.

Family and friends gather around in joy; the child partakes in his first mitzvah, at eight days old, and the father and mohel usher him into the covenant.
