Chicken
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. ginger
1 (6 oz.) frozen can pineapple-orange juice
3 lb. Chicken, cut into quarters |
16 oz. can chunk pineapple
Green Pepper, sliced
Brown in Bag
2 tsp. soy sauce |
Coat bag with flour. Add chicken and rest of
ingredients. Shake well. Make six ½-inch slits on top of bag and seal
with tie. Place in pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
