Quick and Easy
Matzah Balls
4 eggs
Matzah Meal
1 tsp salt
Pepper |
Garlic powder
Drop of selzer
Chopped parsley (optional)
Chopped nuts (optional) |
Whip eggs until foamy. Add seasonings.
Pour in enough matzah meal to make stiff.
Wet hands. Shape into balls and drop into
3 quarts boiling salted water. Cook for 20 minutes.
