Highlights from the RNC

Last night at the Republican National Convention, Hizzoner, and former GOP presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani reminded us that the Republican Party is "The party that believes parents should choose where their children go to school."

Later in the evening, VP nominee Sarah Palin declared that, as a mother of a special-needs child herself, families with special-needs "will have a friend and advocate in the White House."

As strong advocates for both school choice, as well as for the rights of those with special-needs, this was some great news.
