Democratic Veep Candidate Joe Biden campaigned in South Florida today - including a town hall meeting at Century Village in Deerfield Beach. With continuing questions about whether Florida's Jews - especially seniors - will vote for Barack Obama for president, Biden has important work to do for the Democratic ticket in the Sunshine
State. Senator Biden touted his record of support for Israel over the years and vouched for Barack Obama in the strongest terms.
For this audience, he also made sure to talk about "mishpucha" and refer to himself as a "zaydie." The crowd seemed to love it as much as a nice piece of liver.
