Marc Stern, our colleague at the American Jewish Congress and a leading expert on First Amendment law, pens a compelling op-ed in the LA Times asking whether the latest turns in the same sex marriage debate in places like California, will come at the expense of religious liberty. This is something the OU has noted with concern before (and also here).
