As reported in many outlets, including the New York Times, we've had some back and forth over Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama's statement with regard to the fate of Jerusalem and that it "must remain undivided."
Our initial statement and subsequent ones are posted here, while other reporters' and pundits are here, here and here.
The AP factcheck round-up gets it about right in the end.

Why is my OU purpetuating the lie that under Israeli governance access to all holy places in Jerusalem is unrestricted.
When Ateret Cohanim try to hold minyanim on the halachically permissible areas of the temple mount, the Israeli government denies them access. As does the Wafq to archeologists looking to see what they are doing to destroy the catcombs beneath Har habayis.
