As the weather begins to heat up, so has talk surrounding GOP nominee John McCain's pick for the #2 slot on the Republican presidential ticket. Politico's Jonathan Martin picked up on an article in the Richmond Times-Dispatch promoting the candidacy of the Jewish gentleman from Virginia, Congressman Eric Cantor.

If chosen, Cantor would become the second Jewish candidate for the Vice-Presidency, although this time from the other side of the aisle. This will certainly be something to keep an eye on, as the primary season (finally) draws to a close.
