Dear President Bush,

We respectfully request that you commute Jonathan Pollard’s remaining prison sentence to time served and ask that you expedite and grant this request on humanitarian grounds.  Jonathan Pollard has now been in jail for nearly seventeen years, longer than any other American accused of or convicted for similar actions.   We believe that his years of incarceration and his expressions of profound remorse for his actions make a compelling case for your taking action at the earliest possible date.

Sincerely,

Name                                                               Address
