Rabbi Dovid Gottlieb has been the Rav of Congregation Shomrei Emunah in Baltimore, MD since 2004. In addition to receiving his semikha from RIETS, Rabbi Gottlieb was also a member of their prestigious Wexner Kollel Elyon. He has published many scholarly articles on Torah topics, was co-editor of the Torah journal Kol Tzvi, a publication of the Kollel Elyon, and is the author of Ateres Yaakov, a sefer comprised of essays that cover a wide range of halakhic topics.
