OU
Presents Simchat Torah for Singles
on the Upper West
Side
Orthodox Union Young Leadership once again this
year will present Simchat Torah for Singles on the West Side. The event
is open to singles of all ages.
The Upper West Side is home to many Jewish professionals all year round,
but on Simchat Torah even larger crowds, comprised of thousands of
Jewish singles of all ages, congregate for the celebrations.
To enhance the chag (holiday) and Shabbat, which immediately follows it,
the OU has made available meals at the Levana restaurant and hotel
accommodations at the Hotel Milburn, between Broadway and West End
Avenue; and On the Ave, between 77th Street and Broadway.
The chag begins on Wednesday evening, October 6th and ends on Saturday
evening, October 9th.
Participants may choose to attend any of the numerous synagogues on the
Upper West Side.
For more information or to receive an application, call 212.613.8300 or
visit www.ou.org/singles.
