OU to Present Four Singles Events in Manhattan
The Orthodox Union Young Leadership/Singles
Connection and New Horizons programs today announced four upcoming
singles events that will be held in Manhattan.
They include:
- A Night for Sushi Lovers, Wednesday,
January 14 at Eden Wok, 127 West 72nd Street, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
for singles in their 20’s and 30’s. Event to include New York’s first
“all you can eat” sushi buffet. Admission is $23.95;
- CITIGRASS: A Night of “Bluegrass/Jewgrass”
with Noah Solomon of SoulFarm, a Saturday night full of “rowdy,
foot-stomping fun,” January 24 at 8:30 p.m., at Congregation Kehilath
Jeshurun, 125 E. 85th Street; for singles of all ages. There will be
socializing before and after the event over dessert and coffee.
Admission is $20;
- Hassle Free Murder Mystery Script Dinner
Party, Wednesday, February 11 at Mendy’s Restaurant, 61 E. 34th
Street at 7:00 p.m., for singles 35 and older. Event includes a hot
and cold “all you can eat” buffet. Admission is $30 in advance and $36
at the door; and
- A Night of Comedy and Laughter with Joel
Chasnoff, Sunday, February 22 at Lincoln Square Synagogue, 200
Amsterdam Avenue at 7:00 p.m., for singles of all ages. Singles will
enjoy Joel’s witty comedy on topics such as technology, holidays, and
dating relationships. He has performed in seven countries and hundreds
of colleges and clubs. There will be socializing before and after the
event over dessert and coffee. Admission is $20.
