Teachings: In Depth Reflections on the Parsha
"Jews have been studying the weekly Torah portion for centuries. Thousands of commentaries have been written and, seemingly, there is nothing new under the sun… or is there? "Teachings" is a unique blend of the academic and the inspirational. Its readings of the text, drawing on a wide breadth of sources are fresh, fascinating and relevant; the yeshiva experience for the English speaking reader comes to your home - offering multiple in depth solutions to probing questions and helping the reader learn (and love) Jewish text along the way – all written in Rabbi Brander’s famously engaging style. "Teachings" is sure to attract much attention – and much discussion at the Shabbos table. The teachings of "Teachings" will remain on your lips and in your mind." - Rabbi Steven Weil
