Dr. Linda Klonsky of Silver Spring, Maryland, an organization and leadership consultant, regularly conducts seminars and workshops on board governance, strategic planning, leadership development, change management, and organizational assessments. A recognized expert on leadership training and organization development for almost two decades, Dr. Klonsky has made synagogue leadership development a cornerstone of her career. Prior to opening her consulting practice, Linda served as Director of Consulting for Synagogue 2000, was Director of Israel Quest, a community agency of the Jewish Federation of the Greater Washington,and was also a Planning and Allocation Associate for the Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. Dr. Klonsky received her B.A. from Yeshiva University/Stern College and her M.Ed from Towson University in addition to a Ph.D in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is a Johns Hopkins Fellow in Change Management and was also awarded a Leadership Educators certificate from the Kennedy School at Harvard.
