OU’S RABBI WEIL TO SPEAK ON “UNIQUE AND FASCINATING ASPECTS OF THE HAGGADAH” AT LANDER COLLEGE FOR WOMEN, APRIL 3

Rabbi Steven Weil, Executive Vice President of the Orthodox Union, will discuss “Unique and Fascinating Aspects of the Haggadah” from 1-2:00 p.m on Tuesday, April 3 at Touro College’s Lander College for Women/The Anna Ruth and Mark Hasten School in Manhattan. The shiur is part of the Distinguished Speakers Series hosted by the College Honors Program and is open to the entire student body.

Rabbi Weil spoke as last year’s inaugural guest presenter of the series, discussing “Torah Ethics and Communal Integrity.”

College Dean Marian Stoltz-Loike stated, “Our students were impressed and inspired by Rabbi Weil when he spoke to them last year. It is always a pleasure to welcome him back to our campus.”

Dr. David Luchins, OU Senior Vice President and Chairman of the Department of Political Science at Lander and Touro Colleges, declared, “Touro College has long enjoyed a special relationship with the Orthodox Union. It is wonderful that Rabbi Weil was able to fit our students into his busy schedule.”
