Dr. David Luchins, OU Senior Vice President and Chairman of the Department of Political Science at Lander and Touro Colleges, declared, “Touro College has long enjoyed a special relationship with the Orthodox Union. It is wonderful that Rabbi Weil was able to fit our students into his busy schedule.”
