OU JOB BOARD AND ASSEMBLYMAN DOV HIKIND PRESENT JOB FAIR IN BROOKLYN; INTERVIEWS AVAILABLE IN PERSON AND VIRTUALLY, JANUARY 27

Where can you find more than 200 ready to fill jobs under one roof? The OU Job Board | Employment and Resumé Opportunities and Assemblyman Dov Hikind announce a Job Fair, to be held on Thursday, January 27, at Touro College Flatbush Campus, 1602 Ave J (16th Street), from 3-7p.m.

Applicant registration is currently underway on the Job Board website at www.oujobs.org. There is no fee for applicants or employers. Registration is mandatory for applicants; no walk-ins will be accepted. The location is wheelchair accessible, and located near the Q and B subway lines.

At past OU Job Fairs in the United States and Israel, individuals have been hired on the spot or scheduled to visit a company for a second interview. There are currently 50 employers registered to attend the Job Fair, representing more than 200 available positions to be filled.

Employers with available jobs are encouraged to contact Michael Rosner, Director of OU Job Board. If interested employers are unable to attend the Fair in person, the Job Board will provide them with the opportunity to conduct virtual interviews with set appointments via WebEx, an interactive chatroom.

“We are very excited to be providing this amazing opportunity in these tough economic times,” declared Michael Rosner. “It’s a win-win opportunity for applicants and employers to be able to walk out of the Fair at the end of the day with a job now filled by a qualified person, or a follow-up interview arranged.”

Special guest speakers will be discussing various economic topics and motivational on each hour.

Potential applicants can view a list online of available jobs and employers who will be attending the fair at www.oujobs.org.
