Dr. Adler, an industrial psychologist with a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University, is Senior Vice President for Talent Consulting at Aon Hewitt, an insurance brokerage and human resources consulting company. He is the former President of Congregation Rinat Yisrael in Teaneck.

“I am delighted to continue to work with the professional and lay leadership of the Orthodox Union, and in particular with Lenny Bessler, the Senor Human Resources Officer, to make the Orthodox Union a great place to work,” said Dr. Adler. “We will be working together in the years to come to assure that all employees, at every level, understand the organization’s mission and their critical role in achieving that mission, and have the commitment, skills, and support that produce excellence.

Dr. Katz declared, “We are thrilled that Seymour has agreed to continue as Chairman, and that his expertise and wisdom will be guiding our HR efforts to make the OU work environment the best it can be.”

Rabbi Bessler said, “Seymour is a noted industrial psychologist with expertise in organizational behavior and he lends us lots of time in his field of knowledge. As a result, we’ve improved all of our systems, operations and standards to help the organization as a whole operate appropriately and efficiently.
