Within the last ten years, the kosher food market has exploded. There are hundreds of thousands of products on supermarket shelves that are certified kosher. But as food production has become more complex, so has the kosher certification process. The Kashruth Division of the Orthodox Union has produced a video for food companies to explain what "Kosher" really means and how food becomes OU-certified.
