Rabbi Shmuel Silber

Rabbi Silber is currently the Rabbi of Suburban Orthodox Congregation Toras Chaim, Baltimore, Maryland. Previously, he was the Assistant Rabbi in Congregation Shomrei Torah, Fair Lawn, NJ. In addition to his responsibilities at Shomrei Torah, he was Director of Education for KOF-K Kosher Supervision, an international Kashrus agency based in Teaneck, NJ.
Rabbi Silber received Semicha (ordination) from Yeshiva University and is currently continuing his rabbinic education in the Kollel L’Horaah, which offers an advanced Yadin Yadin Semicha and qualifies one to be a Dayan (rabbinic judge). He received a Masters degree in Secondary Jewish Education from Azrieli Graduate School.
Rabbi Silber and his wife Aviva B’H have five children.
