Message: We have B”H, an abundance of tomatoes from our garden this year. I have used them in several different versions of gazpacho, but all the recipes I’ve found use tomato juice, which is extremely high in salt. I can’t find a low-sodium (relatively) tomato juice that is kosher. Do you know of any recipes for gazpacho that don’t use tomato juice? Thank you!
